Cupcake Purse...with a slight change

Lord, you can find these cupcake purses everywhere now it seems, so I thought I'd make one...see how I could convult it into something different...lol..well, I only got as far as making the "sprinkles" into spangles! My daughter Erin's idea..lol..she thinks its Mag cool.
